Made on the same farm as Coolea, the Willems family have diversified this traditional cheese with the addition of cumin seeds which give it an almost curry tang.
Characteristics: Firm, yellow paste speckled with dark brown cumin; spicy, curry-like flavour and sweet undertone.
Best with: this unique cheese makes an unusual addition to a cheese board.
