Another triple crème from Bourgogne but this time sprinkled with local Beaune mustard seeds which give a wonderful kick to the mild cheese.
Characteristics: dark brown crust; whipped, creamy interior; sweet flavour contrasting with mustard.
Best with: the strong flavour of mustard and the softness of the cheese make it wonderful with fresh bread.
