Another from the Ticklemore dairy in the South Hams (see also Harbourne and Beenleigh blues), Devon Blue is the closest cheese gets to clotted cream.

Characteristics: moist, slightly crumbly, blue veined; flavours of grass, flowers, cream and butter with a spicy finish.

Best with: wonderful in a winter salad with toasted walnuts.
