Driftwood’s unmistakable ash rind hides an interior of purest white.

These delicate little logs of goat’s cheese are wonderfully distinctive.

Characteristics: grey rind, light – almost fluffy – paste when young; sharp, zesty, slightly spicy flavours.
Best with: spread it over oatcakes or rye bread to enjoy its fresh flavours.
