Produced using traditional techniques on a smallholding in Ireland, Durrus is an award-winning, brine washed cheese that is as gentle and grassy as the meadows that it comes from.

Characteristics: pliable almost meaty texture with a mossy rind; the paste is fruity, slightly peppery and nutty.
