This is a traditionally-made farmhouse Gouda with the addition of Italy black truffles spread throughout the curd. The cheeses are matured for about 4 months to obtain the right level of balance between the cheese and the truffle.

Characteristics: salty, chewy taste of the Gouda cheese but the earthy taste of truffles is persistent and takes the flavour to new heights.

Best with: Grate it into the most decadent mac & cheese, or serve it alongside a rich, heady red.
