The Shorrock family had been quietly making Lancashire cheese near Preston for 60 years when Andy developed the iconic Lanchashire Bomb, a flavour-packed explosion.

Characteristics: black wax cannon ball containing creamy, pale yellow cheese: deep, full flavour.

Best with: try with a very fruity beer.
