Made in France’s Champagne region, Langres’s characteristic surface dip is sometimes filled with a few drops of bubbly.
Characterstics: orange brine-and-annato washed rind; strong bouquet; sticky, salty, smoky savoury, spicy.
Best with: Champagne, of course!
