Little She

A small, white rinded ewe’s milk cheese from the outstanding Whitelake Dairy in Shepton Mallet.

Characteristics: Soft and delicately flavoured with a downy white rind. The Little She is made in the style of a Camembert but the ewe’s milk gives it a gentler, sweeter character.

Best with: Delicious on a cracker, or add it to a bacon sandwich as suggested by the makers.
