A traditional Lincolnshire Poacher cheese is taken to the local smokehouse, where it is cold smoked for a whole day over untreated oak chips.

The cheese takes on a golden brown colour, and though the sweet nuttiness of poacher is still there, the smoking process also brings new delicate flavours and aromas to the cheese.

Oak Smoked Poacher melts well and it is great for a cheese burger or a vegetarian cabonara. It is grand on a cheese board too.
