Ogleshield is made using raw Jersey milk, washed in special brine every three days. This give it a vivid yellow colour and a pungent sticky rind. It is rich and fruity and meaty. There is something for everyone – as we sometimes desribe it on the shop floor, it’s “Tomme meets cheddar, meets racelette”.

Talking of raceltte, Ogleshield is so good to melt, and it’s perfect in a burger.

But it’s perfect on a cheese board too.
