Inspired by the world-renowned soft cheeses of the Alps, in 2015 makers at King Stone Farm came up with a worthy piece of Francophilia in the form of Rollright.
Characteristics: orange-beige rind over soft, straw-coloured paste; soft, creamy; buttery, savoury, nutty.
Best with: serve with gherkins and well-cured ham and salamis.
