This soft Guernsey milk cheese is rich, slightly sweet and creamy.  Made using a washed curds technique- which dilutes the acidity, the soft paste is supple, mild and distinctively butter-yellow.

Characteristics: oozy, creamy and buttery.

Best with: spread over freshly baked baguette.
