Made on the same farm to the same recipe for 100 years, Westcombe is called a 'five mile Cheddar', as you’re still tasting it five miles down the road.

Characteristics: firm-textured and closely knit; rich, deep and fruity with caramel overtones and a tangy bite at the end.

Best with: gives a ploughman’s a bit of a kick.
